NEURØNIA Store – Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
Because our items are made to order via Printful, we can only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a replacement or refund if:
- The item arrived damaged or misprinted;
- You received the wrong product;
- The product was lost in transit.
Please provide photo evidence when submitting your claim.
Timeframe
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at neuronia.band@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Size exchanges due to incorrect customer choice
- Buyer’s remorse or subjective dissatisfaction
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
