After months of anticipation, NEURØNIA have finally unveiled their second full-length album, No Gods in the Void — a haunting, cinematic odyssey through the collapse of belief, the fragility of self, and the birth of something new in the darkness beyond.
The record follows the band’s debut Neurotica, expanding NEURØNIA’s sound into deeper emotional and sonic territory — blending alternative metal, metalcore and atmospheric textures into one cohesive journey.
“It’s both heavier and more fragile,” says Lyra, bassist and vocalist of NEURØNIA. “There’s rage in it, but also tenderness — like something breaking and healing at the same time.”
“This album isn’t about gods,” adds Kael. “It’s about what’s left when they’re gone — and what we become after the fall.”
Darian, drummer and sound co-designer of NEURØNIA, adds with a grin:
“People said the vocals and guitars are a bit too loud this time — and that’s true.
We wanted it that way. This record isn’t meant to be ‘balanced’; it’s meant to hit you in the chest.
It’s chaos, clarity, distortion and beauty — all fighting for space in the same breath.
That’s what the Void sounds like.”
No Gods in the Void takes listeners from the first pulse of creation to the final echoes of dissolution — exploring the weight of silence, the pull of faith, and the beauty of collapse. Each song unfolds like a chapter in an existential dreamscape, painted with both aggression and grace.
